Our AI Relationship Manager is designed to protect your customer interactions, lead data, and proprietary business knowledge. We comply with global data protection standards to ensure your operations remain secure.

2. Zero Public AI Training Policy

This is our core promise to Enterprise and Agency clients: We do not use your chat logs, customer data, or business knowledge to train public Large Language Models (LLMs).

All AI processing is routed through secure, enterprise-tier API endpoints. Your data remains strictly isolated within your specific workspace and is only used to contextually serve your customers.

3. WhatsApp API & Data Handling

As a platform integrating with WhatsApp, we strictly adhere to Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy. We only collect and process data necessary to facilitate automated messaging and relationship management, including:

  • Customer phone numbers and interaction histories.
  • Opt-in preferences and lead qualification contexts.
  • Metadata required for message delivery and analytics.

4. Persistent Memory Security

Our "Persistent Relationship Memory" feature stores customer context to provide seamless follow-ups. This data is encrypted both in transit and at rest within our secure database architecture. You can request its deletion at any time. All customer data belongs solely to the business using LOJIN. LOJIN acts strictly as a data processor and does not sell, share, or use customer data outside of providing the service.
