1. Acceptance of Terms

By deploying LOJIN Connect for your business, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Our platform provides AI-powered relationship management and messaging automation via WhatsApp and other channels.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use LOJIN Connect strictly for legitimate business communications. You are prohibited from using our AI agents to:

• Send unsolicited spam or bulk promotional messages that violate anti-spam laws.
• Violate Meta's WhatsApp Business Commerce and Messaging Policies.
• Generate deceptive, harmful, or illegal content.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension of your API access and workspace.

3. Subscription and Conversational Limits

Our service operates on tier-based monthly subscriptions (Silver, Gold, Enterprise). Limits on "AI-Handled Conversations" apply based on your selected plan. Exceeding these limits may require an upgrade or incur overage charges, which will be transparently communicated to your billing admin.

4. Service Availability & Liability

While we guarantee high uptime for our AI infrastructure, LOJIN Connect is dependent on third-party APIs (including WhatsApp Cloud API and LLM providers). We are not liable for temporary service interruptions caused by these external networks. We do not guarantee specific lead conversion rates or sales outcomes resulting from the use of the AI.
